أول خطوة من خطوات تحقيق صحة جيدة هي ان تعرف اهميه العناية والاهتمام باجزاء جسمك المختلفة. هل تعرف اجزاء جسمك المختلفة ؟ هل تعرف اجهزة جسمك ؟ هل تعلم متى لا يعمل جسمك جيدا ؟ او هل تعلم متى لايعمل جسمك كما يجب ؟

جسم الإنسان: يتكون من أجهزة واعضاء كثيرة كل جزء منها يقوم بوظيفة أو عدة وظائف خاصة به و كل جزء منها يسمى عضوا.

العضو : جزء من جسم الكائن الحي يقوم بوظيفة واحدة أو عدة وظائف . يوجد في جسم الإنسان اعضاء كثيرة نذكر لك منها : العين - الاذن -اللسان - القلب و غيرها.

وكل مجموعة من الاعضاء تتعاون في ما بينها وتكمل القيام بمظهر من مظاهر الحياة . و تسمى (الجهاز)

الجهاز : مجموعة من اعضاء تعمل مع بعضها في تعاون وانتظام للقيام بمظهر من مضاهر الحياة.

جسمك يتكون من عدة اجهزة تعمل معا في سمفونية الهية تتعاون مع بعضها البعض وتعمل بانتظام يوما بعد يوم ليبقى جسم الإنسان حيا فسبحان الله الخالق الذي جعل جسم الإنسان متكاما و متناسقا.

وعموما يمكن تقسيم اجهزة الجسم كالاتي:

اجهزة الدعم والتحكم وتحتوي:1

أ‌- الجهاز العظمي والعضلي.

ب‌- الجلد.

ت‌- الجهاز العصبي.

2- اجهزة الطاقة والنقل وتحتوي:

أ‌- الجهاز الهضمي.

ب‌- الجهاز الدوري.

ت‌- الجهاز التنفسي.

ث‌- الجهاز البولي.

3- جهاز الغدد الصماء والجهاز التناسلي (الانجابي) وتحتوي:

أ‌- الغدد الصماء.

ب‌- الجهاز التناسلي الذكري والانثوي
